Add wireless printer to the Windows 10 PC

Step 1

 Make sure your PC and printer are connected to the same wireless network.

Once you confirm your printer and PC both are on the same network, open the settings app and go to the “devices>> printer and scanner” option.

 Now, your computer will find out the wireless printer and if your computer is unable to do so, check out your printer status. Your printer should be turned on. Again check out whether the printer is connected to the wireless network or not.

Step 5

Once your computer has discovered the list of a wireless printer, click on “Printer entry” to see “ add device” button. Click on “add device” button to add the wireless printer to your computer.

The ready message will display just below the name of your printer once your wireless printer is all set to use.

Step 6

Try to print something using the wireless printer.

Now, your wireless printer must appear in the list of printers. Choose the wireless printer and tap print button for printing wireless.
